Thank you for shopping at fabricbyyards.com. We take pride in the quality of our textiles. Because our fabrics are cut to order specifically for you, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the integrity of our inventory.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted exclusively for defective or damaged products.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

Change of mind or "product not as expected."

Color variations: Due to differences in monitor calibrations and lighting, we cannot guarantee an exact color match to what you see on your screen.

Incorrect yardage ordered by the customer.
2. Reporting a Defect
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you must report it to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

What to include: Please provide your order number and clear photos of the defect to help us expedite the review process.
3. Return Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, uncut, and unwashed condition.
4. Return Address
After receiving approval for your return, please ship the package to the following address:

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
